Basaveshwar Arts College, a premier institute, has an enviable track of record of success since its inception in the year 1944. It is affiliated to the Rani Channamma University, Belagavi. The College has been reaccredited by NAAC with “B” grade in 2020. The College is proud of achieving many Ranks, Gold medals, University blues, Graduates and Post-graduates with academic excellence. The College has contributed to the society in the form of noted Administrators, Policy makers, Legal luminaries, people’s representatives, distinguished scholars. Our management provides all the facilities with which the tapestry of our students experiences unfolds, optimism, tradition, inclusiveness, service, compassion, tolerance and hope are the underpinnings of Basaveshwar Arts College. It is in this context there our students to learn.

It is indeed a matter of great joy and pride, that our college paved the Journey of 75 years. The Silver Jubilee of an institution is an important milestone, that gives us an opportunity to look backwards on the distance travelled and forward to the journey that lies ahead.Casting a glance over the years that have gone by, we thank God for the blessings and support in all respect received by the management, staff, students, parents and society. We have to remember the visionaries who dreamt, pioneers and all those who labored hard all through the past 75 years for the development of institution.
